Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hello@sensenaturals.ca.

If your refund is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not issue return shipping labels. We cannot accept opened containers of product. Only send the sealed containers back for a refund. The refund will be for the product only. $10 shipping is not refundable.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

Subscription orders are non-refundable. Subscriptions are for clients who have tried the product and wish to continue use. Clients can fully control their subscription at any time on our website under the drop-down menu 'Subscription Management'.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
