A Nice Ritual

I’ve been enjoying Balance twice per day for a couple of weeks now. I make a double batch, drink the first half of it hot, and then refrigerate the second half and drink it cold in the early afternoon. Both ways taste pretty good to me. I made the purchase hoping it might address my IBS symptoms and it seems to be starting to help a little. I definitely intend to keep on with it, at least until I’ve used up the 75 serving container. I’m hopeful.

Great BUT affected my menstrual cycle! 3.5

This product really helped me with my guts and bowel movements 100%, but unfortunately it really affected my cycle. I have had very consistent cycles my whole life other than a number of instances. I am very in tune with my cycle and track it and the symptoms. Unfortunately this product affected mine so much :( I would spot a few days after my period had finished, it affected my ovulation to the point where I had a 45 day cycle and I knew I wasn't pregnant. I am on month three of not taking this product and everything is back to normal. I genuinely thought I was going into perimenopause but it was just this as it was the only thing that I had changed from my regular routine. ( I'm well aware that other factors in life can affect the cycle).

I am curious to experiment with myself and try taking this product again but maybe at a lower dose ( I was taking it twice a day). I really enjoyed the benefits of it for my gut health but I really don't want my cycle to be so affected.

I would love to hear any feedback from the company if there is a better protocol that I can use to not have this side effect and would love to learn why it affected my cycle as it did.

Love the taste!!

I tried this for a few days before Christmas.
Just started taking it again daily for the last 8 days. I feel my stomach upset may have subsided. Still too early, I think, to notice any significant difference. But I will continue to take it and hope for positive results.
