Part of my daily routine

Early days but encouraging

I have just about finished my first “Balance” jar and the second one is on its way. I have noticed that my “brain fog” is not there anymore. My bowel movements are daily and I do not feel bloated. I am hoping that some of my OA pain will diminish over the next months and first year of drinking this tea. I drink two cups daily and the taste is an acquired one but good overall. I am glad I’ve signed up for the 75 servings to be delivered every six weeks.
