Great product!

I’m on my second tin of Balance and I felt it kicking in, as far as my IBS at about week 4. I did have a question about the purpose of using local honey though. Considering that it takes very little heat to destroy its nutrients, what is the point in making sure it’s local? Once it’s heated above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and the nutrients are destroyed, it’s only purpose is as a sweetener. Other than that, I feel it’s a good product.
