Over the Christmas holidays, I had the flu, so it is difficult to place a rating as of yet. I started taking balance on Christmas Eve. There has been some changes.

I am a first time user of "balance" tea. I am enjoying the flavor and drink it 2 times a day as my first drink and last drink of the day.
