I have replaced my morning coffee with this for the last 2 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in my IBS symptoms. My belly pain is so much better. It did take me a while to get used to the taste as it is different but it’s so worth it, if you can be persistent. I am going to start adding in a second cup in the late afternoon this week and look forward to even more health benefits . I would definitely recommend trying this as it has really been a game changer for me after suffering for decades with IBS.
